Meridian Corporate Finance LLP ("MCF") advised management on the sale of Hants & Dorset Trim Ltd (“H&DT “) to Wilts & Dorset Bus Company Ltd, a subsidiary of Go-Ahead Group plc, for a total cash consideration of £4.3 million on a debt free/cash free basis.

Hants & Dorset Trim Ltd provides bus refurbishment and accident repair services and a seat re-trimming service to bus and coach operators. Based in Southampton, the business provides its services to both large and small bus and coach operators in the London and South East region. The sale was concluded in just over 6 weeks.
