A1 Hire and Sales Limited

Meridian Corporate Finance LLP (“Meridian”) advised the Shareholders, Jan and Katie Robinson on the sale of A1 Hire and Sales Limited (“A1”) to Hire Service Group Limited (HSS) 25 years to the day that Jan left to set up A1.

Michael Barcia and Darren Thompson of Meridian led the transaction and Jamie Wollen, a partner at Lester Aldridge led the legal input.

Jan Robinson commented, “We have been working with Meridian for some time and they have helped us achieve the best possible deal”.
