Meridian Corporate Finance LLP (Meridian) advised Kendrick James on a £3m plus acquisition of Aurora (UK) Limited.

Kendrick James is a professional services company specialising in value added telecommunications management and advisory services. Established in 1997, they have delivered solutions and advice to over 200 organisations.

Aurora is a software company specialising in bespoke billing software. "The two companies have been working together for a number of years and it was a logical conclusion to put the businesses together" commented Michael Barcia of Meridian.
