GA Wedderburn and Co Ltd

Meridian Corporate Finance LLP (“Meridian") advised the shareholders of GA Wedderburn Limited on the sale of GA
Wedderburn & Co Limited (“Wedderburn”) to Icelandic firm Strikamerki HF (“Strikamerki”) for an undisclosed sum.

Strikamerki is a leading IT company in Iceland focusing on Point of Information Solutions and Business Automation Mobile Computing Solutions, Wireless Infrastructure, Automated Label, Printing Solutions, RF-ID Solutions and Point of Sale Systems.

Commenting on the deal, Peter Wedderburn – Shareholder and Director of Wedderburn, said, “Philippa was a great support through the whole of the experience and her help was invaluable from start to finish, not only did she
work hard to find a buyer, but having found a potential buyer she then worked hard to drive the deal over the finish line.
