Meridian Corporate Finance LLP (“Meridian”) advised the shareholders of Arundel Aerospace and Defence Systems Limited (“AADS”) on the acquisition Kembrey Wiring Systems (“KWS”) a subsidiary of Time24 Holdings.

KWS is one of the UK’s leading Aerospace and Defence electrical interconnection businesses and its customer portfolio is proliferated by prestigious European blue-chip Aerospace and Defence companies including BAE systems, Rolls-Royce, Agusta Westland, GKN Aerospace and Cobham.

Moving forward, AADS will work together with Kembrey to grow and develop the business and strengthen its position in key markets and with customers.
