Joe Jeffers
I am a member of the ACCA and have been specialising in corporate finance since 2007, previously having worked in both banking and accountancy.
I have a solid understanding of all aspects of corporate finance with experience in financial due diligence, deal origination, sales and marketing, both buy-side and sell-side work and fundraisings. This enables me to bring a commercial aspect to all deals I am involved with.
Immediately upon joining the business, I realised how committed to clients and the professional community the team here at Meridian are. The business is entrepreneurial and it is refreshing to work at a specialist corporate finance house where clients really appreciate the personal and trusting service given.

My specialist market sectors
Over the past 10 years I have I have worked with clients of all sizes, from one-person enterprises to international conglomerates in a range of sectors including, inter-alia, support services (recruitment and outsourcing), financial services (insurance broking and banking), retail and leisure (motor and marine), manufacturing (cosmetics and plastics) and TMT (telecoms and technology businesses).
