Meridian advised the shareholders of aap3 Ltd on a fundraise from HSBC.
Established in 1998 and headquartered in Southampton with operations spanning more than 70 countries, aap3 are a specialist IT services and recruitment company. They deliver comprehensive service and support solutions for organisations globally.
The fundraise will allow aap3 to restructure existing debt commitments and will enable then to pursue a strategic growth plann in 2019 and beyond.
Mark Wilkinson, Finance Director of aap3 Ltd commented, "Having previously advised us on an MBO back in 2015, Meridian further assisted with a successful refinance exercise in late 2018.
