Meridian have been engaged on an acquisition search for targets in the Data Centre sector and adjacent complimentary markets as part of a client’s growth plans.
The acquirer has significant experience in acquisitions, MBO/MBI, disposals and start ups having been an established presence in the UK and overseas market for over 20 years.
Search Criteria:
Sector:
- Data Centre Service providers or Equipment Vendors (not manufacturers)
- Technical, Design, Project Management, Facilities Management, Service(s), Contracting
- Networking, Cabling, UPS, Generators, HVAC, Fire & Security, BMS, DCIM, Racking
- Facilities Maintenance businesses with Engineering bias (no soft services)
Location:
- London & SE preferred initially
- Wider UK & Western Europe considered
Financial:
- Turnover of up to £50M
- EBITDA of up to £2.5M
- Turnaround opportunities considered
Data Centre Owners and Operators are also sought on behalf of retained clients (no cap on transaction value for acquisitions in this sector).
