Meridian advised the shareholders of AndersElite Ltd ("AndersElite") on their sale to Morson Group, a US based recruitment group specialising in technical engineering resources.
Established in 1984, AndersElite now have eight regional offices across the UK. The company provides permanent, temporary and contract recruitment services and solutions for a wide variety of clients across many industries, such as construction, civil engineering and rail systems.
Morson first approached the company after the original MBO in 2016 and Meridian worked with the shareholders to structure an eventual exit that achieved the shareholders aspirations whilst also providing additional resources and support for the business to grow and develop within one of the UK's most respected recruitment groups.
The MBO enables AndersElite to continue with their vision for the future, without compromising the impeccable client service, which is already driving the company to its successes.
