Meridian advised the shareholders of Kendrick James on a £6m plus acquisition of Aurora (UK) Ltd. 

Established in 1997, Kendrick James is a professional services company specialising in value added telecommunications management and advisory services. They have delivered solutions and advice to over 200 organisations.

Aurora is a software company specialising in bespoke billing software.
