Meridian assisted the shareholders of Diametric Technical Ltd on a funding restructure.
Diametric is a Swanmore and IoW based specialist design and manufacturing firm providing a range of badging and decals to manufacturers of consumer and commercial products.
Meridian led the original management buy-out of Diametric in October 2015 and have been a Board advisor to the company since then, managing Meridians equity holding and advising on strategic matters. In 2016 the company underwent a restructuring, led by Philip Mettam, Manager at Meridian, to simplify its corporate group and raise additional bank funding to support its growth plans. Since the MBO Diametric has nearly doubled its profits and continues to grow.
