Having acted as lead advisers on a significant number of Solent based deals during the qualifying period, completing 11 transactions with a combined enterprise value of £101m and £17m of debt raised, Meridian’s independence allows the team to work with a huge range of incredibly talented Solent based professionals, who together generate significant deal flow across the region.
