With a background in business, accounting, and industry, he has a unique skill set that enables him to provide meaningful and trusted advice.

Philip works tirelessly for his clients going above and beyond in all aspects of any transaction he is involved in. He is greatly respected by his peers and has established solid relationships within the professional community. With the support of his team coupled with a high calibre host of local professionals, Philip is the prominent all-round corporate finance advisor in the Solent region.

As well as leading highly complex corporate finance transactions, he is also a Partner of Meridian Growth Capital, holding several Directorships in a longer-term advisory role and managing Meridian’s successful investment portfolio which has delivered substantial returns.
