Kelly Cheales, MAAT

Office Manager and Director

Kelly has been a driving force at Meridian since 2007 and became Director in 2020. She oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations, including payroll, accounting, compliance, IT, marketing, HR, events, and the day-to-day running of the business.


Her role is uniquely versatile, supporting every team member while contributing to many areas of corporate finance, ensuring Meridian delivers seamless, professional service.


With over 20 years of experience and a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT), Kelly combines expertise, efficiency, and meticulous organisation to keep Meridian running smoothly and strategically.
