Michael Osner

Associate

Michael joins us from Moore Barlow LLP where he has completed the first year of his training, most recently with the corporate team, gaining experience on a variety of matters spanning corporate law. He has been involved in a number of complex group restructurings and worked on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, both domestically and cross-border. Prior to joining Meridian and Moore Barlow, he worked for a well‑respected company specialising in private parking.



His ambitious and diligent approach will support the team in the complex and wide-ranging transactions Meridian undertakes.


Michael is Meridian's 33rd secondee since the programme started back in 2008.
