Meridian advised the management team of Network Research & Marketing Limited (“NRML”) on the acquisition of the company from its existing shareholders.

NRML based in London, provide clients with insight to customers and market perception of brands. The management buy-out allows the majority shareholder to retire and incentivizes management to continue growing the company over the coming years.
