Kelly is responsible for the complete administration duties of Meridian which includes payroll, accounting, compliance, IT, marketing, event management, HR as well as the day to day running of the business.

Kelly has been with Meridian since 2007 and with her warm and friendly manner, compelling energy and the ability to retain a fountain of knowledge on each individual, she is the perfect front of house and main contact for both clients and intermediaries alike.

Over the last 11 years, Kelly’s position with Meridian has developed into a significant and unique role, where she is able to provide supporting roles to all team members as well as assist in sector and acquirer research.

With 20 years experience in her field, Kelly is highly professional and manages Meridian with complete efficiency and organisation. 

Personal statement

The best thing about working for Meridian is that every day is different.  I feel privileged to work in a profession which challenges my existing abilities, develops new skillsets and strengthens them everyday.  We have such a ‘real’ team with a unique blend of complementary characters and strong ethos, which is a genuine testament to the Meridian brand.

Outside of Meridian, I spend my time with my husband, running around after our two children and our lively Sprocker Spaniel.  

I enjoy all types of creative projects from sewing to DIY, gardening, long walks, the odd fitness class a year, cooking and entertaining family and friends.
