Philip Mettam

Director

Philip joined Meridian in 2010 and was made Director in 2020.


Philip provides owner managed businesses with advice on mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs / management buy-ins, the raising of finance and corporate restructuring.


As well as providing traditional transactional advice, Philip also provides longer term management and board level support to achieve long term objectives linked to succession planning, wealth management and a host of other topics.
