Meridian advised the management team of Process Flows (UK) Limited (“Process Flows”) on their management buy-out (“MBO”) from French listed company Avanquest Software SA.
Process Flows are a Winchester based leading technology and software provider with over 27 years’ experience in the capture, processing, management and delivery of documents, voice and data. The MBO enables Process Flows to go from strength to strength as a stand-alone firm within a deal backed by Barclays Corporate, Southampton.
