Meridian advised the shareholders of family owned Lucketts Holdings Ltd, on their sale to leading, multinational public transport company National Express plc.

Established in Hampshire in 1926 as a haulage and storage company, Lucketts evolved into one of the largest privately-owned regional coach operators in the UK. As well as operating scheduled services on behalf of National Express, they also provide luxury coach hire and first class holidays and day trip services to tens of thousands of customers every year.

Now operating c.165 vehicles, Lucketts brings innovation to a traditional industry with technical and management practices that are at the forefront of the sector.
