Welcome Amrita Sangha

A very warm welcome to Amrita Sangha, who joins the Meridian team on secondment from leading regional law firm Trethowans. 

As a trainee solicitor, Amrita has worked on deals within Trethowans’ corporate and commercial team with a focus on M&A, in particular management buy outs.

Whilst on secondment with Meridian she will apply her experience of the legal stage of transactions whilst building knowledge in the corporate finance stage, as well as learning how businesses are run.

Amrita comments, “I am looking forward to joining Meridian and applying the knowledge I’ve gained as a trainee solicitor over the past 18 months at Trethowans. I am so grateful that I have been given the opportunity to expand my knowledge on the business and financial aspects of a transaction to help further my legal career. Meridian have been running their secondment programme since 2009 and Amrita is their 26^th secondee.
