A fantastic evening at the South Coast Deals Awards!

We were proud to once again sponsor the Law Firm of the Year category, which was awarded to the outstanding team at Moore Barlow. Their continued excellence on the South Coast, delivering a broad range of highly complex and significant transactions, made them truly deserving winners. Congratulations Moore Barlow on a remarkable year of achievements!

We were also delighted to be recognised, alongside our fellow advisers at Shoosmiths, as part of the team behind the Small Deal of the Year – the acquisition of Auditel by TMA Group. As TMA is a portfolio company of Meridian, we were deeply involved at every stage of the transaction, from structuring through to negotiations and completion. The judges commended the deal for demonstrating how M&A can drive improvements in ESG reporting and services, while overcoming significant complexities through an innovative consideration structure.

It was a privilege to work so closely with Auditel’s Directors, Chris Aston and Rob Allison, and to celebrate this achievement together on the night. This award is a real testament to the strength of local advisers in our region.

As always, the South Coast Deals Awards brought together the region’s leading professionals for an evening of celebration and networking, and this year was no exception. It is always a pleasure catching up with familiar faces and meeting new ones.
