Meridian Shortlisted for CF Team of the Year

We are also thrilled to announce that Meridian has been shortlisted for Corporate Finance Team of the Year, and that of our deals have also made the shortlist:

• Acquisition of Auditel by TMA Group (Deal of the Year under £10m)

• Acquisition of Dyball Associates by TMA Group (Deal of the Year under £10m)

• Sale of Qolcom to Bechtle AG (Deal of the Year under £10m - £50m)

• Sale of Wessex Group to Andwis (Deal of the Year under £10m - £50m)

We are especially proud that our very own Philip Mettam has been shortlisted for Dealmaker of the Year and Prabin Sunar shortlisted for Emerging Dealmaker of the Year.

During the qualifying period, Meridian led 17 transactions, including trade sales, acquisitions, recapitalisations, a corporate demerger, share buybacks and a wide range of management buyouts. Working alongside so many fantastic local professionals across the South Coast, we are proud of what the team at Meridian continues to achieve.
