Meridian advised the shareholders of Chamonix Estates on the sale of their residential management division to New Milton based FirstPort Group.

Established in 2006 and headquartered in Buntingford (Hertfordshire), Chamonix is a leading provider of property management, scheduled maintenance and legal services. Managing nearly 65,000 residential properties, with a new pipeline of developments that will add a further 19,000 to their portfolio, Chamonix is the 6th largest company in its sector.

FirstPort, the leading residential property service in the UK has acquired the residential management division of Chamonix. Chamonix’s repair and maintenance services business will remain separate under the continued management of CEO, Adrian Povey. With over 40 years’ experience, the acquisition sees FirstPort now caring for 290,000 homes within the UK across 5,000 developments.
