Project Boston

Meridian advised the shareholder of a Southampton based construction company (Project Boston) on the sale of their company to the management.

Established in 1991, Project Boston is one of the leading scaffolding contractors in the South of England, servicing projects within the commercial, industrial, marine and historical sectors.

Having founded and grown the business for the last 30 years, the shareholder will remain in the business during the transition to the Managing Director, who will continue take the business forward.
