Meridian advised the shareholders of Southampton based Trimline Limited on the sale of their company to the management team.

 

Trimline is the longest established interior fitter within the luxury marine industry, having over 55 years of experience, earning them the respect of many trusted partners and loyal customers.

 

Founded in 1965 by Reginald Oliver, his two sons Gary and Mike joined the business in 1979 and 1980 respectively. After 10 years, Gary and Mike took over the business, taking it from strength to strength and establishing the Trimline brand as a market leader, delivering world class interiors to the cruise, ferry, military and specialist sectors.

The Trimline team have a fresh-thinking approach and are committed to lowering their carbon-footprint. The transaction has enabled Gary and Mike to transition out of the business, leaving it in the capable hands of the new director shareholders Ross Welham and Nick Farrell.
