Hattie Hole - Deal Maker of the Year 2022

Huge congratulations to our very own Hattie Hole, who won Young Deal Maker of the Year at The Business Magazine's Solent Deals Awards.

At 25 years old, Hattie has 3 years' corporate finance experience on the South coast, and has established valued relationships with regional solicitors, tax advisors, accountants and banks.

She has worked on numerous transactions, producing structures which support owner managed businesses in achieving their professional and personal aims.

As well as providing traditional transactional advice on M&A transactions, Hattie also sits at Board level in an observer capacity for three of Meridian's investee companies. This enables her to provide longer term strategic support to clients, focussed on achieving long term objectives linked to both organic and acquisitive growth.

Alongside deal making, in September 2021 Hattie completed her ICAEW Chartered Accountancy qualification with all first time passes. She has also set up networking events for other young professionals in the Solent region alongside her colleague Prabin, demonstrating their contribution to the Solent professional community.
