Meridian Corporate Finance is absolutely thrilled to have won Corporate Finance Team of the Year 2022 at last night's Solent Deals Awards, kindly sponsored by Biscoes Solicitors.

As a team we are so proud of our genuine team dynamic and working culture and it is a privilege to work alongside, collaborate and be supported by such a strong, diverse, professional network, who without, we would not be able to complete the number of transactions that we do.

Huge congratulations to our very own Hattie Hole, who won Young Deal Maker of the Year. A well-deserved accolade and a true testament of what an impact she has had on the Solent region, having completed an EV of over £115m in the qualifying year as well as being a trusted observer on several of our clients’ boards. 

It was also great to see former clients Lucketts Travel win Mid-Range Deal of the Year (£10m-£50m). Well done to Ian Luckett, Tony Lawman and the Lucketts team. Having completed at the beginning of the pandemic and then navigate through such uncertain times, this really is a deserved award and testament to the leading brand you have developed over the last 94 years.

Lastly, Meridian was also honoured to sponsor the Bank of the Year Award and Philip Mettam presented this to the HSBC Corporate Team.

A massive thank you to the The Business Magazine, and their supporting teams for such a great evening, it was brilliant being back in a room with the professional community after a long two years, and congratulations on it being your biggest event to date for the Solent Region!
