Philip Mettam Nominated for Young Deal Maker of the Year

Philip completed 6 lead advisory transactions in the qualifying period, which included 4 management buy-outs, a fundraise, and the realisation of Meridian’s investment in Loveholidays totalling an enterprise value of c. £250m. The majority of these deals involved multiple Solent firms and advisors demonstrating Philip’s extensive network of professional contacts.

The variety and complexity of deals executed during the period, combined with his wide range of advisory roles undoubtedly makes Philip the most active young deal maker in the region at the age of just 31 and deserving of his recent promotion to Director.
