Meridian advised the shareholders of Southampton based Trimline Limited on the sale of their company to the management team.

 

Trimline is the longest established interior fitter within the luxury marine industry, having over 55 years of experience, earning them the respect of many trusted partners and loyal customers.

The transaction has enabled Gary and Mike to transition out of the business, leaving it in the capable hands of the new director shareholders Ross Welham and Nick Farrell.
